4:00pm:
  • 6 blocks protein
7:00pm:
  • chicken & tri tip
  • salad, potatoes, 2 beers
9:30pm:
  • sugar free fruit pop (??? ... but it was good)
  • lots and lots of mixed nuts
12:30am:
  • chicken & cheese
  • 1 glass Scotch
