- WOD: Running Intervals w/ rest periods equivalent to work time.
- 1600m (1 mile): 5:48
- 800m: 2:38
- 400m: 1:08
- X Pun: (400m Tire Flip) 70 tire flips.
4:00pm:
- 6 blocks protein
7:00pm:
- chicken & tri tip
- salad, potatoes, 2 beers
9:30pm:
- sugar free fruit pop (??? ... but it was good)
- lots and lots of mixed nuts
12:30am:
- chicken & cheese
- 1 glass Scotch
