To solve the human equation, we need to add love, subtract hate, multiply good, and divide between truth and error.



11:00am:

  • 4 blocks egg whites & cheese, 2 slices bacon
  • 4 blocks fruit & a biscuit
  • 2 blocks butter
3:00pm:

  • 4 blocks beef & ahi tuna
  • 4 blocks grilled veggies, mixed baby green salad, 2 slices of bread
  • 4 blocks butter & olive oil
7:00pm:

  • 4 blocks grilled chicken
  • 4 blocks pita, cucumbers, tomatoes, & salad
  • 4 blocks almonds
9:00pm: Quick run & light workout



10:30pm:

  • 2 blocks salmon
  • 2 blocks broccoli
  • 2 blocks almonds

  • 4 blocks broccoli & 2 slice low sodium Ezekial bread
  • 4 blocks almond butter

  • 2 blocks chicken sausage
  • 2 blocks asparagus
  • 2 blocks almonds
1:30pm:

  • 4 blocks salmon
  • 4 blocks asparagus, broccoli, & small slice of Ezekial

  • 4 blocks almonds
5:30pm: Golden Finish

  • 2 blocks protein

  • 2 blocks carbs

  • no added fat

7:00pm: Crossfit:

  • WU: gymnastics drilling

  • WOD: "Jason" 250 Squats & 50 Muscle-ups

8:30pm:

  • 4 blocks Roast Beef
  • 4 blocks salad & brussels sprouts

  • 4 blocks almonds
1:30am:

  • 4 blocks almond butter

12:00pm:

  • 4 blocks eggs & prime rib
  • 4 blocks 2 slices of low sodium Ezekial bread
  • 4 blocks almond butter
3:00pm: Think Bar (approx: 3 blocks)



6:00pm: Fresh Homemade Sushi!



9:00pm-1:00am: Drunken Debauchery!!!

I am on a quick NorCal getaway so we will keep this sweet and simple until I get back Sunday night.





9:30am: Pure Protein Bar (approx 3 blocks)





10:00am Crossfit Los Altos:

  • WOD: 8 snatches (88lbs), 10 burpees, 15 pull-ups, & 20 GHD Sit-ups: 4 rounds
12:00pm:

  • 3 blocks Pure Protein Shake

  • 2 blocks Asian pear
2:30pm:

  • Clam Chowder in a sourdough bread bowl
  • mixed green salad w/ crab, calamari, crab cake
5:30pm:

  • 4 blocks beef & ahi tuna
  • 4 blocks grilled veggies, salad, & rice
  • no added fat
9:00pm:

  • 4-5 blocks Lechon Asado (roast pork leg)
  • 4 blocks platano maduro, black beans, yucca, & Sangria
10:30pm: Drinking resumes, but nothing close to the night before

  • 2 Bud Lite, 1 shot Patron, a glass of Vodka

  • 4 blocks salad & BJ's Pumpkin Ale

  • 4 blocks almonds
7:00-10:00pm: Nutrition Officially out the window...

  • Dinner @ the Arya House
  • A wonderful Christmas Eve Feast w/ tons and tons of sugary sweets....(Crack Rush again!)
